Registration for the 12th EASN International Conference!

First of all, you have to create an account and accept the terms of use of the registration site. Once logged in, you will be able to register by following the link My Congress. There, please select the type of registration, introduce the billing information, and complete the payment. Please, read carefully the General conditions to choose the correct type of registration.

Please go through the following table before you register for the 12th EASN International Conference and consult the important dates of the event. If you are unsure about the fees category you fit into, please contact our organizing committee for more details.

Important Notes for Participants:

  1. The fee rates are V.A.T. excluded (net amounts).
  2. (*) EASN member fees are applicable to all members that have an active membership at the EASN Association at the time of the event. Please consult the EASN website to check your membership status as well as your membership ID.
  3. Registration fees cover: EASN individual membership fees for 1 year (applies to standard registration of non-EASN members)
  4. The registration fees can be paid by:

    2. Online Credit Card

Important Notes for Authors/Presenters:

  1. Each participant is limited to giving, at most two (2) presentations.
  2. In order for a work to be presented, included in the EASN Conference proceedings, and be eligible for the special issues, at least one author of this work, is needed to have a paid registration for the 12th EASN International Conference.

Cancellation Policy:

Delegates canceling before July 31st, 2022 will receive a refund, minus a 15% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations from October 1st, 2022.
